Brenda M Mason

Ms. Brenda Madeline Mason was born January 2, 1945 to Wilbur and Rosa Curry. A native Washingtonian, Brenda attended and graduated from both high school and college in Washington, D.C. Gathering skills in the field of law, Brenda began working at the United States Supreme Court from where she ultimately retired. 

Outside of work, Brenda loved traveling, music, singing, reading, shopping and being with her family. "B. Mason," as her friends called her, also loved Washington sports teams. She particularly enjoyed watching the NFL Commanders and the NBA Wizards. 

An active member of the New Life Church of Chirst, under the leadership of Devan A. Hebron, Brenda lived by and leaned into Psalm 23. 

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, her son, and her life partner. She is survived by her daughter Natalie, her sister Carol, along with many nieces and nephews.
